Portofino - Riviera di Levante (Italy)

Portofino is one of the most chichi locality of Liguria. But it is also a very nice village with a beautiful harbour and very nice facades nestled to the natural environement. Portofino is a very old settlement. The Romans had a harbour here called "Portus Delphini".

Worthwhile is the walk to the "Castello Brown" in Portofino. It attracts with a sensational panoramic view and with a Tropical-Mediterranean vegetation.

Aside the touristic hype fisher can be observed by working or making "siesta" in the sun.

If you want to visit Portofino you should take the bus, because parking is not really cheap;-)
