Wanderung von der Tübinger Hütte zum Plattenjoch (Silvretta, Montafon, Vorarlberg)

Flumserberg - Seeben (Schweiz - Switzerland)

Ski -Wochenende am Flumserberg (skiing at Flumserberg - Switzerland)

Auch in diesem Jahr verbachten wir das 2. Januarwochende wieder in den Alpen beim Skifahren. In diesem Jahr verbrachten wir die zwei Tage in Flumserberg in der Schweiz. Leider hat es in diesem Jahr nur sehr wenig Schnee. Trotzdem konnten wir dank sehr gut präparierten Pisten und herrlichem Wetter zwei perfekte Skitage erleben.
This year, we also spent the second January weekend again in the Alps for skiing. We spent two days in Flumserberg in Switzerland. Unfortunately, it has very little snow this year. Nevertheless, we had two perfect days for skiing thanks to the well-groomed slopes and wonderful weather.

 

Schloss Laufen (Schweiz, Switzerland)

Einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Rhein hat man vom Schloss Laufen, das direkt am Rheinfall liegt. Dieses sehr alte Schloss wurde erstmals 858 n. Chr. erwähnt. Heute beherbergt es ein Restaurant und eine Jugendherberge. Außerdem zieht es sehr viele Touristen an.
From the castle Laufen you there is a magnificent view of the Rhine.The castle is directly located at the Rhine Falls on a rock. This ancient castle was first mentioned in 858 AD. Today it houses a restaurant and a hostel. It also attracts a lot of tourists.

 

Rheinfall - Schaffhausen (Schweiz - Switzerland)

Spektakuläre Aussichten haben wir bei unserem Besuch am Rheinfall genossen. Dieser Wasserfall kurz nach dem Bodensee gilt als der größte Wasserfall Europas. Jede Menge Besucher drängelten sich mit uns an den Ufern des Rheins zumal an diesem Frühsommertag immer noch viel Wasser den Rhein herunterfloss. Der Rheinfall liegt in der Nähe von Schaffhausen in der Schweiz. Bis zu seiner Mündung in der Nordsee hat der Rhein hier noch meherere hundert Kilometer vor sich. Sehenswert ist auch das Schloss Laufen, das hoch über dem Rheinfall thront. Schon seit dem 17. Jahrhundert wird die Kraft des Wassers hier durch die Menschen genutzt.
Spectacular views we enjoyed during our visit to the Rhine Falls. This waterfall is just after the Lake of Constanze is the largest waterfall in Europe. Lots of visitors jostled with us on the banks of the Rhine, especially in this early summer are still a lot of water flowed down the Rhine. The Rhine Falls is situated near Schaffhausen in Switzerland. To its mouth in the North Sea, the Rhine has to go multiple one hundred kilometers from here. Also worth seeing is the Laufen Castle, perched high above the Rhine Falls. Since the 17th Century the power of water of this waterfall is used by the people.

 

The way from Bellinzona to Chur (Switzerland)

On our way home from Italy we traveled through the Swiss Alps. The weather was really incredible. The mountains were shining in the sun with the colors of the autumn. Passing the tunnel of "San Bernardino" and the canyon of "Via Mala" some spectacular views are guaranteed.

Lugano (Ticino, Switzerland)

Situated at the lake Lugano is really a very nice town with beautiful old houses and a lovely promenade. During our way home from Italy we stopped there to have a walk and eat something. Lugano was enclosed a little bit to the fog but with wonderful views today.

Like many tourist towns Lugano has a "train" for carrying the people via the town.

Due to the balmy climate in the south of the Alps palms can be seen in this region.
